| 銆€銆€The company devotes itself to digesting, researching, and developing new technologies, keeping on carrying out technical innovation. It has imported up-to-date CNC tooling equipment from Switzerland, Germany, and US one after the other. Adopting CAD/CAM/CAE technology and concurrent design and manufacturing theories, it applies itself to the development, research and manufacture of high-precision, high-quality, and high-efficiency toolings. It has built up a hardware punching & processing base by importing first-class high-speed punching machine. Moreover, it has introduced into a precision injection molding machine, tape&reel packing machine, and auto reel-to-reel continuous selectively-plating production line, capable of plating selectively and fully or vibratory plating and barrel plating for precision parts. All products are cleaned through ultrasonic cleaning and packaged with tape&reel. By combining rigorous and scientific process control and the ERP system, the company has adapted itself to the need of mass production of precision parts , meeting customer鈥檚 needs effectively. |
